Return and Exchange Policy

Return or exchange of any item purchased directly from www.hipbabywrap.com must be received within 30 days of its purchase. Any returned or exchanged item will not be accepted unless the item is sent back to Hip Baby Wrap LLC, in its original packaging, without damage to the item caused by the purchaser.  Items not purchased directly fromwww.hipbabywrap.com will be subject to any applicable return and exchange policy maintained by the respective retailer.  This return and exchange policy does not apply to wholesale purchases.
